Abstract--The AI-Based Recruiting Application is a web platform designed to automate and optimize the hiring process using artificial intelligence. It streamlines candidate sourcing, screening, and matching by leveraging machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) to analyse resumes and job descriptions. Employers can post job openings, and AI algorithms rank candidates based on skills, experience, and qualifications, ensuring an efficient and data-driven approach. The platform also automates interview scheduling, reducing administrative tasks for recruiters and improving the candidate experience. A key feature is its ability to minimize hiring bias by focusing on objective criteria while eliminating subjective influences. Additionally, the system provides insightful analytics to track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate success rates. Built using Django, the platform ensures scalability, security, and effective data management, making recruitment faster, fairer, and more reliable.
