Abstract: UniSmart University Management System is an advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered platform built to boost academic and administrative efficiency in educational institutions. It handles the typical inefficiencies, errors, and heavy workload found in traditional, manual university processes. UniSmart’s core features include a Smart Attendance System that uses face detection to automate attendance tracking, which improves accuracy and cuts down on proxy attendance. The system also includes an Alumni-Student Interaction module, designed to create strong communication channels between current students and alumni for career guidance, mentorship, and placement tips. A unique Free Classes Utilization tool is also part of the project; it analyzes student timetables to suggest productive activities like study sessions, workshops, and self-learning opportunities during free slots. By weaving together AI, data analytics, and automation, UniSmart offers a scalable, responsive, and userfriendly platform that shifts conventional university management toward a smarter, more effective, and better-organized ecosystem.
