- Joined the Govt. of Maharashtra Directorate of Forensic Science Laboratories, Mumbai, as a scientific assistant on a FACT basis in the Department of Ballistics. Prior to this, she was doing a paid internship at the Govt. of Maharashtra Directorate of Forensic Science Laboratories, Mumbai, as a scientific assistant in the ballistics division and was working at the Government. of Maharashtra Institute of Forensic Science, Mumbai, as an assistant professor (CHB) in the Department of Forensic Science and Forensic Psychology. She is also working as a freelance forensic investigator under the Sherlock Institute of Forensic Sciences, India Pvt. Ltd., Delhi. She has qualified for the UGC-NET Exam (Assistant Professor and PhD only), the FACT 2024 Exam (Physical Sciences and Ballistics), and the M-SET-2023 Exam. She has completed an M.Sc. in Forensic Science (questioned documents, fingerprints, and forensic physics) from Govt. Institute of Forensic Science, Mumbai-32. She has completed her bachelor’s in forensic science and Post graduate Diploma in digital and cyber forensics and related law from the aforementioned institute. She has a strong inclination towards forensic ballistics and forensic physics and also holds an interest in fingerprints and questioned documents.
