Exploring Interpersonal Dynamics and Job Satisfaction among Women Workers in Cashew Industries: A Case Study of Chapara Village, Andhra Pradesh

Abstract- -The levels of interpersonal relations between the co-workers and the management plays a pivotal role in job satisfaction and improving the quality of relationships. Investigating the special dynamics of the relationship between an employee and an employer and with the help of diverse range of literature review and empirical research the study explores the effects of communication, and trust on job satisfaction the research reveals the unique obstacles and prospects within this setting. With implications for both employees and employers who look to improve job satisfaction and interpersonal relationships in the cashew industry, particularly in the unique regional context of Chapara Village, Andhra Pradesh, the findings offer insights into fostering positive workplace environments. The goal of the research is to improve the knowledge of the variables that affect women’s job satisfaction in the cashew industry. The study also provides useful insights for developing gender-inclusive initiatives and good work environments.
