Abstract: Hybrid enterprise infrastructures are increasingly challenged by the dual need for resilient disaster recovery (DR) and seamless customer engagement. Veritas Cluster Server (VCS) provides robust high availability and disaster recovery capabilities across Unix, Linux, and multi-cloud platforms, while Salesforce AI-powered Service Cloud workflows ensure customer experience continuity during disruptions. This review explores the convergence of these two domains, demonstrating how the integration of infrastructure-level failover with AI-driven customer workflows creates a unified framework for operational resilience. Key focus areas include the architectural alignment of VCS and Salesforce, data consistency and compliance management, and the orchestration of secure AI-driven automation. Case studies across industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, and government illustrate practical benefits and challenges, while future trends highlight the role of autonomous orchestration, AI-enhanced compliance, and conversational AI in shaping next-generation DR strategies. The findings underscore the importance of unifying disaster recovery and customer relationship management into a holistic approach that enhances both system resilience and customer trust.
