This involves ensuring compliance with customs regulations, processing necessary paperwork such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations, and facilitating inspections and assessments of duties and taxes. Additionally, the port authority may provide assistance and guidance to importers and exporters to navigate the customs clearance process efficiently.
