Abstract--The Public Distribution System (PDS) plays a vital role in providing essential commodities to the economically weaker sections of society. However, the existing manual ration distribution process is plagued with issues such as corruption, inefficiency, and lack of transparency. This paper proposes an advanced web-based solution, Online Public Distributive Service Administration, aimed at modernizing the ration distribution process. The system enables digital registration, authentication, online tracking of commodities, and digital payment mechanisms to improve the accuracy and transparency of the distribution. With role-based modules for administrators and customers, it facilitates real-time stock updates, complaint management, and the issuance of new ration cards. The system categorizes ration entitlements based on card types and automates billing and reporting processes. By transitioning to an online platform, this solution aims to eliminate common flaws in the conventional system and ensure equitable and transparent service delivery to the public.
