Abstract--In the fiercely competitive job landscape of today, having an integrated and properly crafted resume is of utmost need for securing job opportunities. This study proposes a novel automated resume building system aimed at improving a user’s chances of getting employed by utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data driven approaches. The proposed system applies natural language processing (NLP) technology to interpret job postings, recommend appropriate skills, and create resumes optimized for applicant tracking systems (ATS). Moreover, machine learning models are used to give users tailored suggestions that meet the requirements of a given industry and employer’s preferences. In addition, the system contains real-time feedback capabilities and customizable templates to enhance the overall aesthetics and readability of resumes. This paper seeks to improve the connection between job applicants and employers by automating critical elements of resume formulation and editing. This change, in turn, will increase hiring rates. In this case study, the system developed in this research is tested on its ability to generate professional resumes ATS system with keyword in ease of access and upgraded formatting consistency, as well as relevance and consistency, which has proven successful.
