Abstract: – We use the word Teacher for the person who gives us any kind of education. There are two types of education, regular and irregular. There is no time limit in irregular education. Regular education has a set time limit. For this there is essential educational eligibility as accordance to the level of teaching. Teaching is a service which can be achieved only with a lot of hard work and continuous practice, dedication and self-confidence. A teacher or Teacher is a mixture of qualities like dedication, sensitivity, patience, authority, imagination, self-satisfaction, joy etc.Becoming a teacher is not so small thing as we listened. Onlyhaving knowledge of any subject or having the skill to teach it is not teaching. Actually becoming a teacher some difficult than it sounds. Many of us claim to be teachers. But one cannot become a teacher merely by following the path of one's gurus, obtaining government qualifications or having complete knowledge of any subject. What is a good teacher like? What are the qualities that make him the best? To adopt these qualities, he has to work hard, have dedication, patience, authority and wander in his imaginative and creative thoughts. I have compiled some ideas to become a better teacher.
