Abstract: Multi-cloud enterprise environments, encompassing Red Hat, VMware, and cloud-native platforms, present unique challenges in infrastructure management and customer relationship optimization. Integrating AI-driven Salesforce CRM tools, including Einstein AI, provides predictive analytics, workflow automation, and real-time customer engagement insights. This review examines strategies for harmonizing multi-cloud infrastructure with AI-powered CRM optimization, focusing on middleware solutions, API connectivity, monitoring, automation, and predictive analytics. Security, compliance, and governance considerations are discussed to ensure regulatory adherence and operational integrity. Case studies demonstrate improvements in operational efficiency, system reliability, and personalized customer engagement. Emerging trends, including self-optimizing AI workflows, cloud-native observability, and predictive maintenance, are explored to provide a roadmap for scalable, resilient, and intelligent multi-cloud management.
