Abstract: Communication anxiety is one of the major psychological challenges faced by students in schools and colleges. It affects classroom participation, presentations, group discussions, and overall academic performance. Many students experience nervousness, fear of negative evaluation, low confidence, and stress while communicating in front of others. This research paper examines the causes, effects, and possible solutions for communication anxiety among students. The study also highlights how social pressure, language barriers, online learning environments, and lack of confidence contribute to communication apprehension. Various previous studies reveal that communication anxiety negatively influences learning outcomes and students’ mental well-being.
