Abstract: Healthcare monitoring is an important area where technology can significantly improve the quality, accessibility, and efficiency of medical services. Traditional healthcare systems mainly depend on periodic hospital visits and manual monitoring of patients, which may not provide continuous information about a patient's health condition. The combination of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) provides an effective solution for continuous and intelligent healthcare monitoring. In an AI-based smart healthcare monitoring system, IoT sensors are used to collect real-time physiological information such as heart rate, body temperature, blood oxygen saturation, blood pressure, and other health-related parameters. The collected data is transmitted through an IoT communication network to a cloud or processing platform. AI and machine learning techniques can then analyze the collected data, identify abnormal patterns, and support early detection of potential health problems. The proposed system provides continuous monitoring, automatic data analysis, alerts, and remote access to health information. This reduces the need for frequent manual observation and helps healthcare professionals make informed decisions based on real-time patient information. The system can be particularly useful for elderly people, patients requiring continuous observation, individuals with chronic health conditions, and remote healthcare environments. The integration of AI, IoT sensors, cloud computing, and mobile applications creates a smart healthcare environment that improves monitoring efficiency and supports timely medical intervention.
