Abstract: The convergence of green chemistry and artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative approach in sustainable material development. Green synthesis of nanoparticles (NPs) involves the use of biological entities and eco-friendly methods, minimizing hazardous chemicals and energy consumption. Meanwhile, AI—particularly machine learning (ML)—enhances synthesis efficiency by predicting outcomes, optimizing conditions, and discovering new materials. This paper explores how AI aids in the design, synthesis, and optimization of green nanoparticles, with emphasis on sustainable goals. We examine various ML models, their applications in green nano chemistry, and the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
