Abstract: The increasing demand for real-time customer engagement, operational agility, and data-driven decision-making has compelled enterprises to integrate telecommunications platforms with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce. This research explores the role of Telecom–Salesforce interoperability in building high-performance enterprise systems capable of delivering seamless communication, enhanced customer experiences, and optimized business operations. The study examines integration architectures, APIs, middleware frameworks, cloud-native services, and event-driven communication models that enable efficient synchronization between telecom networks and Salesforce environments. By leveraging technologies such as RESTful APIs, microservices, real-time messaging, and AI-driven analytics, organizations can automate workflows, improve service responsiveness, and achieve greater operational visibility across departments. The paper further analyzes key benefits including reduced latency, improved scalability, enhanced customer support, proactive issue resolution, and streamlined sales and service processes. Challenges related to data security, interoperability standards, regulatory compliance, and system complexity are also discussed, along with strategies for mitigating integration risks. The findings demonstrate that effective Telecom–Salesforce interoperability serves as a strategic foundation for enterprise digital transformation, enabling organizations to develop resilient, scalable, and intelligent business ecosystems that support continuous innovation and sustainable competitive advantage in rapidly evolving markets.
