Abstract: Business communication has undergone major transformation in the digital era due to the rapid growth of technology and online communication platforms. Organizations now use digital tools such as email, video conferencing, social media, instant messaging, and collaborative software for communication and business operations. Effective communication improves productivity, teamwork, customer relationships, and organizational efficiency. However, digital communication also creates challenges such as information overload, cybersecurity risks, misunderstandings, and reduced personal interaction. This research paper combines the main findings of three research studies and examines the evolution of business communication, digital communication tools, challenges, and strategies for effective communication in the modern business environment. The study concludes that combining technological competence with interpersonal communication skills is essential for organizational success in the digital age.
