CAMP CHAMP – College Management System

Abstract: Camp management involves organizing activities, communicating with participants, maintaining schedules, and coordinating resources. When these activities are managed manually or through disconnected communication channels, information may become difficult to maintain and access. CAMP CHAMP is proposed as a mobile application intended to support the organization and management of camp-related activities through a centralized digital platform. The proposed concept focuses on presenting relevant camp information, organizing schedules, facilitating communication, and improving access to important updates. This paper discusses the motivation, objectives, conceptual architecture, proposed methodology, functional requirements, data management considerations, and evaluation approach for CAMP CHAMP. The design emphasizes usability, maintainability, data protection, and the possibility of future enhancements. The actual implementation, technology stack, and performance must be evaluated using the completed application and its observed results.
