Abstract: In an era where customer expectations are evolving rapidly and disruptions such as geopolitical instability, pandemics, and cyber threats are becoming increasingly prevalent, businesses must re-evaluate their digital strategies to ensure uninterrupted operations. This paper explores the role of a multi-cloud Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy in fostering agile business continuity. By distributing CRM workloads across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments, organizations can mitigate risks associated with vendor lock-in, regional outages, and compliance violations. The study analyzes how multi-cloud CRM architectures enhance resiliency, adaptability, and responsiveness while supporting real-time collaboration and omnichannel engagement. The article also discusses implementation frameworks, integration challenges, and governance mechanisms necessary for sustainable multi-cloud CRM deployment.
