Abstract: The integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems marks a pivotal shift toward sustainable enterprise management. This research explores the evolution of CRM platforms into eco-conscious systems by embedding ESG dashboards and implementing green workflow automation. As organizations face increasing regulatory pressures and consumer demand for responsible business conduct, sustainable CRM development becomes essential. By leveraging technologies such as real-time carbon tracking, energy-efficient process automation, and compliance monitoring within CRM environments like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, firms can align business performance with sustainability goals. This study outlines a structured approach to incorporating ESG principles into CRM architectures, evaluates case studies across industries, and discusses the broader implications for organizational transparency, stakeholder trust, and operational resilience in the age of sustainability. Keywords: ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), Sustainable enterprise management, CRM
