Abstract: Hybrid infrastructures combining Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), VMware, and AI agents are increasingly essential for delivering seamless Salesforce CRM operations. This review examines the integration of these technologies to support AI-enhanced workflows, including Einstein Copilot, predictive analytics, and automated customer engagement.
